Participation

The School Council meets several times a school year to give advice on school organisation, innovation, safety... to improve education for all our pupils. Elections are organised every 4 years: 3 members elected by and from the staff: Ingrid Claesen, Wendy Fransen, Shana Vanheusden 3 members elected by and from the parents: Dirk Moors, Silvanus Pokrivac, Marloes Temmerman

It takes a village to raise a child. As a school, we invariably work together with various partners from different sectors (education, welfare, care...) to pursue equal educational opportunities. CLB, Auxilia, Library, CC de Velinx, Kind & Taal, Huis van het Kind, Gallo-Roman Museum, Youth Department, Sports Department, OCMW, Sportcomplex Sportoase, Sociaal Huis De Semper, Academie Pentagoon, Saamo, MOEV, Hogeschool PXL...

Every year, primary school pupils elect 8 representatives from the 3th to the 6th grade to the pupil parliament. They meet monthly under the leadership of some teachers and form the bridge between the pupils and the school team.
